cancel the booking if incomplete or false information is provided in the booking form, if the stated rules are violated, or for any other valid reason.<br \/>\n\u2022  For overall security purposes, the organizer must ensure that no unauthorized or uninvited persons are allowed to enter the event.<br \/>\n\u2022  Carrying or consuming any kind of intoxicating substances or drugs at the event is strictly prohibited.<br \/>\n\u2022  Daytime events must be completed by 5:00 PM, and evening events must be completed by 11:00 PM.<br \/>\n\u2022  The organizer and invited guests shall be solely responsible for the safety and security of their personal belongings, including jewelry, mobile phones, and other valuables.<br \/>\n\u2022  If any political discussion or activity during the event poses a risk of damage to the hall, the Authority reserves the right to immediately terminate the event. In such cases, all due payments must still be settled in full.<br \/>\n\u2022  If the organizer wishes to use a decorator other than the hall\u2019s approved decorator, prior permission must be obtained from the Authority.<br \/>\n\u2022  Any damage to the hall caused by decoration or other activities must be compensated accordingly.<br \/>\n\u2022  An advance payment of 30% of the total bill is required at the time of booking. The full payment must be completed at least 2 (two) days before the event.
