This advance payment is non-refundable and shall serve as confirmation of the reservation. No booking shall be considered confirmed without receipt of this payment.<\/em><\/span><\/p><ul><li><h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><em> Pre-Event Payment<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/h3><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>The Client agrees to pay eighty percent (80%) of the remaining balance no later than two (2) days prior to the scheduled event date. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the booking without any liability on the part of the Service Provider.<\/em><\/span><\/p><ul><li><h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><em> Final Settlement<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/h3><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>The remaining twenty percent (20%) of the balance shall be paid immediately upon completion of the event. The Service Provider reserves the right to withhold any services or materials until full payment has been received.<\/em><\/span><\/p><ul><li><h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><em> Late Payment<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/h3><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>Any delay in payment beyond the agreed schedule may result in additional charges or penalties, as determined by the Service Provider.<\/em><\/span><\/p><ul><li><h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><em> Cancellation Policy<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/h3><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>In the event of cancellation by the Client, the advance payment shall be forfeited.
