PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

💕Sagor Shaikat Convention Hall

This Payment Terms and Conditions Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Sagor Shaikat Convention Hall (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) and the Client (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) for the provision of event-related services.

  • Booking Confirmation

The Client shall pay thirty percent (30%) of the total agreed amount at the time of booking. This advance payment is non-refundable and shall serve as confirmation of the reservation. No booking shall be considered confirmed without receipt of this payment.

  • Pre-Event Payment

The Client agrees to pay eighty percent (80%) of the remaining balance no later than two (2) days prior to the scheduled event date. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the booking without any liability on the part of the Service Provider.

  • Final Settlement

The remaining twenty percent (20%) of the balance shall be paid immediately upon completion of the event. The Service Provider reserves the right to withhold any services or materials until full payment has been received.

  • Late Payment

Any delay in payment beyond the agreed schedule may result in additional charges or penalties, as determined by the Service Provider.

  • Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation by the Client, the advance payment shall be forfeited. Any additional payments made may be subject to partial refund at the sole discretion of the Service Provider.

  • Governing Terms

These payment terms shall be considered an integral part of the overall service agreement and shall be binding upon both parties.
