Terms of hire

I agree to the following terms:

• The Authority reserves the right to cancel the booking if incomplete or false information is provided in the booking form, if the stated rules are violated, or for any other valid reason.
• For overall security purposes, the organizer must ensure that no unauthorized or uninvited persons are allowed to enter the event.
• Carrying or consuming any kind of intoxicating substances or drugs at the event is strictly prohibited.
• Daytime events must be completed by 5:00 PM, and evening events must be completed by 11:00 PM.
• The organizer and invited guests shall be solely responsible for the safety and security of their personal belongings, including jewelry, mobile phones, and other valuables.
• If any political discussion or activity during the event poses a risk of damage to the hall, the Authority reserves the right to immediately terminate the event. In such cases, all due payments must still be settled in full.
• If the organizer wishes to use a decorator other than the hall’s approved decorator, prior permission must be obtained from the Authority.
• Any damage to the hall caused by decoration or other activities must be compensated accordingly.
• An advance payment of 30% of the total bill is required at the time of booking. The full payment must be completed at least 2 (two) days before the event. All payments made are non-refundable.
• If the client wishes to change the event date, it may be rescheduled upon discussion with the Authority, subject to availability of the requested date.
• If the client cancels the booking, 30% of the advance payment will be retained, provided the cancellation is made at least 3 (three) days prior to the event date.
• If the number of invited guests increases, the applicable service charge, catering/serving charge, and decorator charge will increase on a per-person basis.
